This is the official website of Bhagirath Bhatt. It exists to describe the work, list dates, and take enquiries.

Copyright

The text, photographs, artwork, audio and design on this site are the property of Bhagirath Bhatt or of the photographers, labels and productions credited alongside them. They may not be reproduced, redistributed or used to train a model without written permission.

Press and programme editors are welcome to use the biography and the photographs supplied in the press kit, with the credit line given there.

Third-party names and images

Names of composers, singers, films, series and labels appear as statements of credit. They are used descriptively and imply no endorsement. Photographs of third parties are only ever published here when licensed, with the photographer credited.

Accuracy

Credits and dates are listed in good faith and are checked against each production's billing where possible. If something here is wrong, please write to hello@bhagirathbhatt.com and it will be corrected.

Bookings

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Concert and session bookings are agreed separately in writing, and the fee, travel, technical and cancellation terms of that agreement are what apply.

Links out

Links to streaming services, ticketing platforms and social networks are provided for convenience. What happens on those sites is governed by their own terms, not these.

Availability

The site is offered as it is. It may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, and no guarantee of uninterrupted access is given.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
